Using a professional letting agent is the safest way to rent a property; we will act as you the tenants advocate and ensure that you are treated fairly.
Chris Ball Estates manages properties ranging from one bedroom apartments to five bed detached prestige homes and can cater to suit most needs.
At Chris Ball Estates our expert staff will guide you through the lettings process from the initial phone call we will advice you what best is available to suit your needs. We will accompany you to all viewings and answer any questions you may have.
At Chris Ball Estates we reference all our tenants; this requires that you complete an application form, along with:
- Photographic I.D
- National insurance number
If you are not working or on a low salary in relation to the monthly rent you may be requested to provide a guarantor. This is a person who must demonstrate to earn/or have independent means of a certain level of income (dependent on the rent) and is willing to sign to state that they will pay the rent should you not be able too.
You can pay your rent by bank transfer (preferred method) cheque, or by bringing the cash to the office.
